What is a Vedic Wellness Consultation?

A Vedic consultation integrates principles of ancient Vedic knowledge of Ayurveda (holistic herbal and stand stand alone complementary health system),  Jyotish (Vedic astrology that used the blue print of your karma to determine why you are suffering) and Vastu (the art of hormonious living space-if the energy of your home is giving you health issues). In addition, you may get a referral for Vedic treatments like Shirodhara (oil on head) or warm gentle massage with different herbal oils.  Ayurveda is based on the idea that health, destiny, and environment are not separate but are all interconnected and influenced by the same cosmic energies.

Ayurveda is based on the idea that health, destiny, and environment are not separate but are all interconnected and influenced by the same cosmic energies.

The true power of this integrated consultation lies in the synergy of these three disciplines. A Vedic counselor synthesizes the information to provide a truly holistic and personalized path forward. The practitioner, often a certified Vedic Ayurveda Practitioner along with Vedic astrologer (Jyotish), synthesizes these three ancient sciences of Vastu, Ayurveda and Jyotish to create a complete picture of an individual's life and provide personalized, actionable guidance. Its a synergestic approach

For example, a client's Jyotish chart might show that they are in a planetary period that makes them susceptible to digestive issues and anxiety (Vata imbalance). The Ayurvedic consultation would then focus on a Vata-pacifying diet and lifestyle. Simultaneously, the Vastu portion might reveal that the client's bedroom is in a direction that also aggravates Vata, leading to poor sleep. The practitioner would then recommend specific Vastu remedies, such as moving the bed to a different direction and using grounding colors, to support the Ayurvedic protocols and help the client find balance.

This multidimensional approach addresses a person's life from the perspectives of their inner constitution, karmic tendencies, and external environment, offering a comprehensive and sustainable path to health, harmony, and fulfillment.
