Vedic Cooking & Ayurvedic Nutrition

This is not your run-of-the-mill course. This is a unique 6-week plant-based cooking class with a focus on Ayurvedic recipes, 6 tastes, food energetics, and customized meal plans.
This unique course goes beyond typical plant-based cooking classes. With a deep focus on the Ayurvedic Six Tastes, food energetics, seasonal recipes, and personalized meal plans tailored to your dosha, it is experiential, fun, and designed as an à-la-carte program—perfect for building an Ayurvedic lifestyle for yourself, your family, and your community.
Blending theory with hands-on experiential learning through online and in-person labs, it bridges ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern nutrition.
Featuring easy-to-follow recipes, the 18-lesson program (auditing students attend lectures only, no homework) explores core Ayurvedic dietary concepts to empower mindful, personalized eating for balance, vitality, and lasting health.
By completion, you'll see food as a powerful tool—not just calories or nutrients—for balancing doshas, optimizing digestion, preventing disease, and fostering physical, mental, and spiritual harmony.
Ideal for health coaches, fitness coaches, wellness professionals, yoga practitioners, or those wanting to dive deeper into Ayurvedic and Vedic cooking and recipes or anyone desiring a deeper, personalized approach to nutrition.
