In Ayurveda, "Kasa" refers to cough, a common respiratory ailment. However, It's not just a symptom but can be considered an independent imbalance caused by imbalance of dosas, obstruction of lung and throat channels called pranavaha srotas. You will learn basic information about shamanam or pacification of minor allergies and kasa holistically through some basic herbs, diet, and meditation. Suggested donation for the webinar is $10-$20.
