Module 1. Vedic Superhero Quest: "Which Elemental Guardian Are You?"
Ties with ELA-Creative Writing, Characters
The groups will learn about Hero's Journeys, create characters that resonate with their own 'dosha' (vata, pitta, and kapha), and write a theatrical screenplay of a Vedic-inspired hero's journey (such as Arjuna's quest in the Mahabharata or modern superhero origin stories). Older Teens will also "unlock" their dominant dosha guardian.
Students will create a role-play, write a script, and perform a theatrical play based on their dosha character at the end of the module.

Module 2. Dosha Detective Case Files: "Solve Your Inner Mystery"
Ties in with Physical Health
Teens act as Vedic detectives investigating clues about themselves (body, mind, habits). Use a "case file" workbook format with evidence logs. Students will learn about their dosha, Vedic psychology, and use these to solve a case.

Students will participate in a game to solve the mystery at the end of the day.
