POST PARTUM Yoga

SEMI PRIVATE OR PRIVATE CLASSES ONLY

We work on a customized plan suited for your dosha (constitution) at different trimesters. We will focus on breathing exercises, meditation, gentle hatha yoga asanas modified that can be done everyday, and, some customized yoga plans that you can do at home. You are given homework yoga and breathing. Post partum yoga sessions along with post pregnancy massage also available.

Yoga class Price: $20 in a semi private class. (Maximum students: 4)
Pregnancy Massage and Private Yoga: $75 includes 50 minutes Massage, and, 45 minutes private yoga class
Post Partum Massage and Private Yoga: $75 includes 50 minutes Post baby massage focusing on abdomen and energy work with Ayurvedic oils and 45 minute private yoga class.
