Hybrid event-both Virtual and In person-
Vedic Cooking Lab- Golden Milk, Takra, Rooibos Chai Tea, Kitchdi, Soups and /or gruels for detox for V, P and K Vedic Herb Lab-Herbal teas, Herb spice mixes for digestion, and sleep. Rasayanas for mood support, sleep support and digestive support. If in person at Gainesville Florida- tuition cost is $250.
