This book is a culmination of nearly fifteen years of teaching Āyurveda for me. I have been in the business of Āyurveda education for quite a few years. As owner and director of a school, and as an Āyurveda teacher, I received constant feedback from incoming, graduating, current and past students.
The book is meant for both the Āyurveda enthusiast, as well as for potential or current Āyurveda Counselor students. If you are a student of Āyurveda in any other country other than the United States, or only studying Āyurveda for your own purposes, this book should also come in handy.
